About Us
Valora Capital was founded in 2024. We are a principal investor in residential real estate and, by referral, an advisor to a small number of businesses.
In property, we take residential assets from acquisition and underwriting through full renovation to delivery. We are active in Los Angeles and South Florida, and acquiring in Texas. In advisory, we work inside a business, identify the constraints that actually bind, and sequence the fix.
We keep offices in California, Texas, and Florida. We do not publish addresses or project economics. Detail is available to counterparties in diligence.
A note from our founder
I started as a young entrepreneur in Stockholm, doing deals across a number of verticals, and took on my first property development project in 2004. After moving to the United States, my first project in Los Angeles was in Los Feliz in 2014, then West Hollywood in 2016. We have since developed in the South Bay and in South Florida.
We founded Valora Capital in early 2024 to bring that work together with a career spent finding, structuring, and operating deals on both sides of the Atlantic.
Real estate. We invest as principals. We acquire, develop, and reposition residential property, full renovation, and we take a project the whole distance. From sourcing and underwriting, to assembling the right architect, designer, and general contractor, and delivery. We put our own capital at risk in what we buy, which is the simplest reason to underwrite. We invest in Los Angeles and South Florida, and we are actively acquiring in Texas.
Advisory. For a small number of clients, by referral, we work as consultants to the business itself. We operate on experience over theory. Few companies are held back by a single problem. More often it is a set of interrelated constraints across operations, finance, and growth, with no clear sequence for resolving them. We provide that sequence. We work inside the business, find what is genuinely limiting it, and build a plan the owner and team can carry out.
